1. COMPASSIONATE - No judgment. Unrushed. Timely. You should see your doctor when you need to and you should leave your visit feeling your concerns were heard, addressed, and with a plan to feel in control of your health.
2. ACCESSIBLE - The systems are overpopulated, I will have one-fifth the patients of a traditional panel so I can care for you and/or your family to the fullest.
3. It is hard to reach your doctor - but talking with Dr. Bowman is easy! All routine communication can be made through the patient portal, text, or phone call/voicemail. If you are sick, simply contact Dr. Bowman for a same/next day appointment. I will even try to make myself available by phone for urgent concerns after hours.
4. It is hard to see your doctor - but scheduling with me is easy! All appointments can be made through self-scheduling or via message/phone call. For routine health physicals and medication checks, we guarantee you will be seen within 1 month (more likely one week). For urgent/acute appointments including concerns about a worsening chronic condition, same/next day appointments are guaranteed. For weekends, you may contact Dr. Bowman for a Telehealth appointment.
5. INDIVIDUALIZED - I am committed to partnering with you around your health. I want you to share your concerns, and I will listen closely. Together we will partner to create personalized health solutions that fit your goals and lifestyle.
6. TRANSPARENT - No surprise bills. No hidden costs or co-pays. I love it because I do not have to wonder if the problem we address will be a covered expense. i360MD ANNUAL PHYSICAL - Create systems in your life to actually meet your goals and improve your health outcomes.

1. All members will experience a 360 degree annual lifestyle wellness physical that dives into your health behaviors; looks objectively at mental health and cognitive function; uses advanced metrics to evaluate physical health like vital signs, body composition analysis, thorough physical exam and skin cancer screenings; and an advanced lab panel yearly. I have included this baseline lab work so we can get the complete picture of your health that we need to thoroughly evaluate and track your health progress over time.
2. Together we will complete a roadmap - addressing the smaller steps to meet your goals including healthy behavior changes, evidence informed supplements, hormones or alternative therapies if desired, evidence based medications, recommended lab work or imaging, routine screenings, vaccine recommendations, referral information, and follow-up expectations.
3. We will have enough time to assess your health, address your concerns, identify goals, review your labwork, focus on prevention, refill your prescriptions, place referrals, and print out a summary for you. If you have a new concern or we run out of time, then I can get you in the very next day for no added charge.
4. If you still have questions after your visit, we are a message/phone call away.
